This session is designed for Indigenous business owners to meet and network with buyers from various federal departments and Ontario ministries.

‍Procurement Quick Facts

Each year the federal government procures approximately $24B to $33B in goods and services. The federal government also has a mandate to procure 5% of those goods and services from Indigenous businesses. At a minimum, 5% of $24B is $1.25B.

Each year the Ontario government procures approximately $29B in goods and services.  Between 2018 and 2023, Ontario government ministries purchased $164M worth of goods and services from Indigenous businesses.
