Randy “Mace” Macey and his 16-year-old female Bald Eagle, Mashkiki Migizi (“Kiki”), deliver a unique and engaging presentation exploring communication, leadership, fear, trust, patience, and the importance of working toward long-term goals. Drawing on lessons from Kiki, Indigenous teachings, wildlife conservation, business, and influential mentors, demonstrates how observing, listening, adapting, and building trust can strengthen both personal and professional relationships. Through storytelling, humour, and audience participation, guests also discover the remarkable abilities of the Bald Eagle and the cultural importance of the Eagle within Indigenous traditions. The presentation concludes with an open Q&A and an opportunity for participants to have their photograph taken with Kiki under carefully controlled and respectful conditions.
